Hey every1, i just created the account to ask you this, sorry if this is not the right place. What I wanted to ask is: is there a safe way to transfer money from a paysafecard to my paypal account? I don't want to go on a random site and get scammed =/

You could call PayPal customer service and ask.  Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of the page and go from there.

i don't have the physical card, as i said i won it on a giveaway and only have the codes, a paysafecard (PSC) is basically a paper with a 16 digits code taht u can buy with money on stationary store, there are PSC of 10€ 25€ 50€ and 100€ and there are online stores that accept PSC as a payment method, but i dont wish to buy anything, so i'd like to deposit that money on my bank acc, which is not allowed with a PSC, so i'd have to transfer it to my paypal acc first.

You'll probably have to contact PayPal customer service.

You could do a Google search.

You could contact the code document issuer.

There are a lot of sites that do it when i search for PSC to paypal on google, but further searches told me most of them are scam...

Code document issue?  Whoever issued the code you are siupposed to use--the code on your document that you won.  There should be a company name and phone number for PSC on that document.
