I recently purchased the paypal prepaid debit card so I could easily add funds to my Paypal account. I linked the card to my account, and followed all the instructions right (that I know of). It said to wait 2-4 days so Paypal can deposite 2 small amounts to the card or whatever to verify it. Now my paypal prepaid account just says
I own a business and it has my customers money on it! I can not afford for this!
I filled in everything including correct SSID and when i finished it this appeared:
We're sorry, there is a problem with your account.
What To Do? Please contact customer support at 1-866-753-6440 and one of our Customer Service Agents will be happy to assist you.
I call the number and it rings for a minute and hangs up. I cant find any other contacts because every page on the site brings me to the same message. Im already behind on a payment I was planning to use with the card so if you can, please help me fast!

Make sure you are on the real PayPal Website.
Check in top of your browser, at the left of the url you should see" PayPal, Inc. [US]" and then https://www.paypal.com/ - at the beginning of the address.
If you see any other address like" Payplal.com" or any variation of the domain PayPal.com, it mean you are on a fraudulent website and if you already gived them your SSN and Birth of date and it's not the right website, I sugest you to contact your credit file manager(transuion, experian) to put a hold on your credit file.
If you were on the Right Website and you can confirm the address of PayPal.com in the address bar.
There is offical PayPal USA contact information:
-------------------------
- 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time Saturday and Sunday
- Please note that hours of operation may vary on holidays
- 1-Login, Click "Contact", Click "Call Us" (if calling from outside the U.S.)

Seriously you did not even begin to address this question at all?
Why are we not allowed to send the money that is rightfully ours on our Prepaid Paypal MasterCards to our PayPal.com accounts?
Send a link when you figure it out. Do not address this question if you're just trying to float our money for as long as possible and have us incure your painful subscription fees monthly because we can't take our moneu out.
Please answer me this is very serious. Human welfare, room and board depend on your response. People cannot afford to live without your co-operation right now. Please respond, I'm very afraid of a financial institution that does not reply to it's customers. Please let me know why you are holding my money an why I am not allowed to have it in my in my paypal account. It's been verified, in all forms and I've been a customer for a darn long time. What's the deal?

This card has been an issue from day one, I am encountering the exact same problem right now. Tried to send my sister money through payapl and chose to use my prepaid card to do fund. Card gets error message on the paypal website, suggests I try another method. PAYPAL'S OWN CARD is NOT accepted on their OFFICIAL WEBSITE! HA! This whole experience has been crazy...
SO anyways, i go to the prepaid mastercard site and when I log into the account, I get the error message
"We're sorry, there is a problem with your account." Try to re- register the card and the same generic error.
Oh yeah, and did I mention when I tried to purchase some goods from the exact same retailer I bought the card, the cash register told me my card was on fraud alert or scam alert? (something like that)?! this is a joke. Either way, I call the number on the back of the card, enter my card number and the **bleep** bot tells me its an invalid card number, the same **bleep** card that was good for 2 purchases magically just breaks... Paypal, what kind of scam are your running here? As stated above, I dont want your bs generic answers dodging the issue. ALL OF MY INFORMATION ENETERED WAS CORECT! I AM THE TRUE OWNER! AND ANY OTHER NO BRAINER QUESTION YOU HAVE PLEASE DO NOT ASK!
Is their anyway I can just get the cash off this card? Or send the money to my bank?
