Hi, Our college student daughter is spending a year in China teaching ESL, and is ready to pay us back a loan we made to her of $1400. Is it possible for her to send it to us (her parents) through Paypal with minimal issues? I realize that there may be a conversion of currency charge, but can money be sent home like that without extra fees? Would it be better for her to send it in three smaller payments over time? Anyone have experience with sending money home from China to the U.S? She is paid there in the Chinese currency, and it is deposited directly into her Chinese bank account by her employer. Thank you for any advice you can offer to us!
