Logged into my account and noticed my available credit and payment due wasn't showing up like normal. Searched high and low, absolutely nothing as far as me even having an Extras Mastercard shows up anywhere.
Just got a new card in the mail and called it to activate it - it activated just fine, telling me my balance and available credit - haven't tried using the card yet - but no info about it anywhere on the website.
I did find where some suggested calling 1-866-300-6432. from a 2011 post, as I despise calling these places as I hate calling someone onlt to be put on hold for an hour, was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.
Guessing my credit score is good enough to take the hit of a late payment, tho then they will charge me even more of their outrageous interest - which I agreed to so no one to blame but me....
any ideas besides calling and being put on hold forever ?
