How do I set the credit card associated with my account as the default payment method? PayPal uses my bank card now. Thanks

Go to Profile > Payments to choose your default method of payment.
For online payments though, you can select or set it during checkout.

But note that PayPal will always use your PayPal balance first. If you don't want them to use your balance, withdrawl to bank the entire balance first.
