MoneyPak Green Dot Problem

Hello. Earlier today I purcahsed a MoneyPak green dot card for $35 to add to my PayPal account for eBay purchases. And went I sumitted the number that's on the back of the card along with the capctha code, it took me to a another fill out page. This page wanted my first and last name, my ssn, my birthdate, my address, city, state, and zipcode. And I entered everything correctly. It would'nt go through. I changed the year on the birthdate from 1993 to 93, nothing. I tried changing St. to Street. After a few retrys, I was sent to a page that said the following: "We were unable to verify the information you provided. As a result, you will not be able to use the MoneyPak to add money to your PayPal account.". It said to issue a refund and something else? Why can't I add funds? Please help. Thank you in advance! 🙂

hello  today i had the same problem as you are dealing with i called paypal they said call moneypack i called money pack and they said call paypal, long story short ,no help, so i started just trying everything i could think of and i found a work around that fixed the problem in 2 seconds,  goto the address bar at the top of the page, where you type in the website.com, and look for a a symbol that looks like a broken page with the right corner folded down, this is your compatability view button, click on that and then update your info from there, problem solved, good luck ,hope this helps.
