How do I contact American Customer service??

hi,

I am wanting to get some general new account information for my son, however all calls are diverted to an overseas office

- They cannot understand English

- They know nothing about new accounts (even supervisors)

- If you ask to be transferred to an American customer service they hang up on you.

How to I speak to an American Customer Service?

Most of the advisors here are online business owners with lots of PayPal hands-experience  (we also volunteer our time), unfortunally we don't have access to any information that would answer your question.  We go thru the same call centers as everone else, true, sometimes not a pleasent experience.
