Cannot redeem rewards

I tried to follow the instructions (copied below) but cannot find any of the links mentioned after I log onto my account.

What gives?

To redeem your Reward Points:
 

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click the View card details on the Account Overview page.
3. Click Rewards.
4. Select your reward and click Continue.

As the community forum is "not" customer support (we are a member to member help group).  At this point, the best we can suggest is to contact them direct.  This can be done via email, phone or through Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal

I'm having the same issue. The directions do not dictate the 'new' look of paypal. And it seems there is no way to make it look like the old layout.

I'm having exactly the same problem. The "Help" link instructions don't bear any relationship to the actual site. I called Support who kept me on hold for 15 minutes then transferred me to "Credit Card Services" who hung up on me! Why is the Website so poor? You literally can't find any link to redeem your rewards points, it's terrible!
