I'm having trouble adding Bancorp Bank to my wallet, which you have to do if you want to transfer funds from your PayPal account to your Prepaid PayPal MasterCard. I followed the steps provided on the PayPal prepaid website, and received an error that said Bancorp Bank had been disabled so I couldn't link it. I called a PayPal representative and she was not able to link it either. She then sent me to NetSpend and they said they couldn't help me at all.
Who cares how many posts you have. Im sure they tired of me calling them. But I know I sure was **bleep** being in Vegas and couldn't do a thing. No casinos. All my money which is available to me on the internet. I was **bleep**. Its my money I don't care what town im n that's none of PayPal's business. The funny part is this. I can't transfer money to my card bc security risk so I was told but I can walk Into dollar general (that's out of town) and spend over $50 just by clicking on an app. Now what sense does that make? It's my money so give it to me. Why they holding on to it? I think we should get to hold the PayPal's employee's checks for like a week. See how they feel
I am having the same problem for days now. Everytime I call customer service I get transferred from security to fraud to prepaid to credit card. They have yet to resolve my issue. I was told last night that there is a security hold on my PayPal account because the one day my phone was off I bounced off of a tower ( I was using wifi) in another town and when I said for PayPal to call me on another number they said phone was not registered in my name. The next day my phone back on and I called PayPal and told them. Well from what I told the computer put a security hold on my account and that not one human who works there can manually lift it. I went to Las Vegas yesterday for the first time with no cash all my money locked up on PayPal. Yeah im so happy with them. So if someone could answer this resolve issue that would be great. And I've been told by multiple PayPal staff that I cant transfer to a debit card. you might want to update staff on any changes.
