Hello. Heres my question/problem, I Had a Ebay Seller refund money issued on a visa gift debit card and shows on my paypal summary. This card was removed on paypal after all was used on it and this refund uses that visa gift debit card, My problem is that visa gift debit card was destroyed & taken off my paypal acct.How can I use that refunded money in my paypal summary to use to purchase something if the visa# & card were destroyed & the card # taken off my paypal? Please Help, has to be away to get to that refund money sitting in my Paypal Summary. Thanx!
