i had a issue with google charging me with out concent. i got intouch with paypal and got the money back. i called tonight as i found 2 more charges. simple question where they covered as my bank says they paied and they have me over my limit. the person said that the money i got from yesterday belongs to paypal not me as paypal paid.. i told him no my bank was made to pay. i dont understand.
