hello to all.. i need some advice on sending money through paypal to a friend in a forign country so he can have access to the internet by using his phone recharge system. i have his phone number and i need to recharge his phone account so he can use it or a portion of it to access the internet so he can stay in contact with me.. Your friend will need to open a PayPal account in the country he resides in.   Not all countries have the same PayPal features and functions - for example, some countries can only send money with their accounts.  Check this link and select the country - you can then see what functions are available.  If you see that your friend can receive funds, then the next step is setup a PayPal account, confirm the email address and complete any other required info.  After that, all you need to do is use the send money feature, enter his email address and amount and send.
