Do you mean the payment is showing as UNCLAIMED and if so is it WITH OR WITHOUT a cancel option next to it???

Hi sljw,

Great question! That could mean that the receiver's email address is unconfirmed or that they have their account set up to require a manual acceptance or denial of payments that come into their account.

You can contact the seller to let them know that payment was sent and to please accept the payment in their PayPal account.
