Hello, I'm asking a not easy question. After 2 purchased (the guy provide a videogame service) through PayPal everything was fine he received the money and I got my stuff in game. The 3rd time I tried to buy from this guy I got scammed. He said to me he got limited account on PayPal and ask me to receive an amazon gift card as payment. I belive after 2 times this guy and I said is fine. I bought the gift card from a website (through PayPal) and send to him the code (I have a proof of conversation and everything to confirm my version of the story). Later the guy blocks me and I didn't receive any answer anywhere from him.
Now I know his PayPal account (for previous purchased) and I have the screenshot of conversation. If I provide this to the PayPal support they are able to help me with refound from his account (if he's not blocked yet as I found later many people got scammed from him). Thanks for advice for your answer 🙂

You're on your own for the Amazon gift card code you provided to the other party.   It was indeed a gift.

As for the previous purchases, you could file a dispute for item not received since there is no tracking to show delivery.

My guess, however, is that you decided to send the money as family/friends/gift so you would have no buyer protection.
