I have a walmart debit card I use to make purchases. Last night I went to make a purchase and did not realize there was not enough money on my card and hit the buy now button and got refused.........I ran down and loaded money on the card and tried again several times with no luck, kept getting no go. Has this card been permanently blackballed ? I followed the prompts the best I could with no luck.
I did go ahead and remove the card from Paypal hoping to get the system to "settle down" to try again after 12-24 hours.
What is the process to get the card working ? Do I have a chance?
