Okay , yesterday i trying to buy something on the website , after that it asked me check my phone message 6 digit to verify it's me ,I pressed resend alot time but the phone message (6 digit) still did not appear, then it told me "Sorry, we can't move forward , We couldn't confirm that you’re the account owner. " something like this, after i saw this message on paypal, i finally got my 6 digit on my phone message , i think it's a delay , so i try to buy the same thing again it keep said "Sorry, we can't move forward , We couldn't confirm that you’re the account owner. " , but i tried to buy something on other website it can. but when i go back to the website just now i said it keep poping that
Is there any 24 cooldown or something else?
