I payed twice to send a package, £3.80 with pay pal then £2.80 with ebay. tommy-2-2017
EbAY is sales venue which hosts your item for sale,once sold,it collects a final value fee on item and shipping fee .
Paypal is a payment processor,it collects a fee for collecting payment for you,payment can be made with paypal fund,credit card or bank account.
read both Ebay and PAYPAL terms and agreement,you should have done that before you start selling.
