pending money

i just recently  started ebay account and paypal in sold 2 items  and it says  the money is pending but i cannot ship it without the payment . how long before i get the paymenmt , i dont want bad reviews and they want it shipped asap ? can anyone help me this please

Sounds like the new seller hold, funds are released either at 21 days or when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days.
