paypal API split payment

Is there a way using the paypal API to split a transaction between two different accounts.  For example:

Customer pays $100

paypals processing fee is say 2.2% = $2.20

$7.80 goes to account A

$90 goes to account B

My concern is that I will get charged the processing fee on both transactions ie

2.2% * 90

2.2% * 10

You may want to check with the Merchant Support Community as it's supported by other developers and PayPal Techs.
