payment sent, not recieved

 A payment was sent Wednesday evening. I have not received an email. It shows compete from the sender

Then the obvious conclusion may be that the sender made a typo or spelling mistake with the email address and its gone to someone else.

Ask them to double check the exact spelling as even a misplaced dot may make it go elsewhere.
