I live in the philippines now but am still using my american bank. is there a way to remove the restriction for purchases here? ive tried to use paypal once and it said it wont allow someone in the states to purchase from the philippines.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
