My newly created personal accont stopped sending money even can't send the paypal balance to friend & family in the US. I managed to send once $10 (invoice) but can't send more, I always get this message "We can't send your payement right now, if you keep running into this issue contact paypal" My mobile phone number is not confirmed yet, can this be the issue? Bank and card all linked and confirmed. Need your hepl please.
