How do I go about transfering money from my paypal account to my paypal prepaid mastercard? I have already linked the card to my account and I have got online access. My problem is that I do not have a withdraw option in my paypal account. Please help..

As far as i am aware you can only withdraw funds in the U.S to a linked bank account or a debit card.
