manual credit card entry

I have a customer who can't pay through the email invoice link. They supposedly can't register on a Federal card on Paypal. I have their card info, am i able to manually enter this to collect my money? or do I have to use a different credit card processor. Tried calling customer service and they were no help. Couldn't understand the problem.

I'm guessing, "NO" since I can't seem to find an option for this in my help searches or on the site.

There's no option in your account to manually enter credit card info.

If you have PayPal Here, you can do a card not present entry - note there is a higher processing fee for manual entries - 3.5% + $0.15 per transaction.   (You can download the app and enter the card info right on your phone or tablet.)

Your other option is Virtual Terminal

This is an add-on and costs $30 a month plus the transaction processing fees.  It's also bundled with Payments Pro which also costs $30 a month plus the transaction processing fees.
