what really happens if a Ebay seller exeeced  fund limmits on Paypal?

They would probably put money in a pending balance or a hold until the account review is done.  I would hold off from selling until the limits are lifted as it may affect you properly servicing your customers.

And you can always give customer service a call, press zero or say agent, to get an update on the review.

They usually have you verify identity or perform some task to lift limit like add a bank and card, submit ID documents basically review your account.

I had already done that, I proceeded all the documents they asked me to. Probably they are still considering my issue.
 
But what happens when I exceed my limits, can I still sell or they are going to block my account?

Dear Sharpiemarker, 

 

Following your advice I called them today, by using the zero button there was no call waiting.

 

Thus the agent told me that there is no problem reaching the limit, if all necessary data are already provided. Actually, when it does happen, reaching the authorized limit, then they review the account as an urgent case. The delay, in doing so, occurs due to an internal technical issue which they're in the process of solving. That's the reason why I didn't hear from them for the past two weeks. Anyway my account is now back to normal, it just took ten minutes time to happen, and the limit lift up to the sky!!!!
