instaGc and elite crowdflowers says that my paypal account isn't verified even that i verified it with email .. and with a  master card ,, but this websites still saying that my paypal isn't verified why ? is it really not verified ?

Do you have a bank account linked and confirmed ?

You can verify your account by completing two out of three steps:
* Linking and confirming your bank account
* Verifying your credit or debit card information
* Providing your social security number.

When you link and confirm an email addrees you also need to complete two of the three steps listed above.
