i want to cancel a shipping label

I bought a shipping label, but i was not able to print out it, so i did not use that shipping label for ship, and i paid for ship to USPS, so i want to cancel this payment, thanks.

void the label,USPS will refund you after x number of days when it has not been used by then

1. Click "Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center" on summary page

2. Click "Report a Problem" 

3. Click "Details" on the transaction that you created USPS shipping label.

4. You should see "Void Label" on the bottom of the page.
