cant reactive Spotify account

I had deactivated Spotify for a while.  Now, we want to switch back but PayPal will not complete the transaction properly. I keep being returned to the same page (in Spotify). Since I can see that I am not being charged in PayPal for these attempts I presume that it is failing and, my guess is, that it fails because I explicitly deactivated future payments to Spotify from inside PayPal. But, there is no method to undo that action.

 

Thoughts?

If you cancelled your Spotify recurring payments from within your PayPal account, you would need to start over.   Have you checked your Pre-approved Payments to see if Spotify is still there ?

Yes, I have tried to start over many times.   I can see the Spotify listed in the pre-approved page as inactive.  There is no way I see to reactivate it now.
