billing issue

I canceled the purchase from the finishline, but the card was charged. I received these emails from the finishline.

After further review I show here the request that we sent out was already viewed by the Support Department on November 27, 2017 and I had already submitted again the follow up request for your refund and allow at least within three to five business days for you to receive it.
