You cannot complete this transaction at this time. I have this error everytime when i try to withdraw my money from the stie to my card ... please help me to fix it 🙂

You can only withdraw to a bank account in the US and not a card.

Im not from Us man 🙂 im from Bulgaria and in this site dont have Bulgarian bank and i cant make withdraw on bank 😉 just on card ...

If you post on the U.S forum and choose not to state what country you are actually in, then you are not going to get accurate advice.

Unfortunately i can't guess what country in the whole wide world you are in if you don't bother to state that info.

man first this is official paypal site and this is official paypal forum .... if someone dont help me here then where ? 
Second : In my Country dont have any office of paypal or forum for this site how i go write there post ?

Third : Why this admins dont help us ? and wait 1 week and then tell you something what you know then wait more 1 week or more for answer who need to make with 2-3 words ...

Fourth : i wnat to take my money from this site !

I am not saying don't post here, EVERYONE can post here.

But as paypal is country specific you need to state what country you are in to get accurate help.
