On winning my Ebay item, I verified my address with seller, checked Ebay and Paypal accounts to make sure address correct. I am horrified to now note from Gloval Shipping tracking notification that my parcel has been sent to a random address in London. I contacted Ebay immediately and they said that they would send my correct address to the carriers, but could not be sure that they would use it! I explained the error must have occurred by a glitch in Paypal’s system and also that I can fully verify my name, signature and address and asked if they could verify that the correct address was now being used to deluver mybparcel. No, for some reason they refused to contact Pitney Bowes on my behalf and said the parcel would probably be returned to seller! They stated that regardless of my having the correct address on my Ebay account and with seller, that Global Shipping has to use the address provided by Paypal. I am not only confused by very worried that my packet will now be signed for and kept by a total stranger! I need advice urgently as to who in this case to contact, as Ebay can’t assist me further. Thanks if anyobe can advise,
