I make a payjment that I wanted ot use my credit card for, but it defaulted to my bank account.  Is there a way I can change it to my card?

You can establish your funding source but that does not guarantee that it will be used.  You can also select funding source at time of payment.  PayPal, however, as the right to select an alternative funding source if the one you select is too risky.

What I'm askiing is how i can change this one I just sent from my bank account to my credit card.

You can't change a past transcation.  Threre is no re-do option.
