I was taking care of a online transaction, but the buyer absentmindedly forgot to set it at "No Shipping Necessary". I refunded the money, and he sent the correct payment that had "No Shipping Necessary".
Will giving the refund help prevent a strike? Because I saw the payment again, and try to have me print out a label, but when I went to click the thing, the label thing didn't work. (I'm wondering if that's a glitch.)
(On a side note, this is the first time I had to use the Forum to ask of something.)

Thanks. Also, I had called up the help desk due to the problem with the weird message from trying to print a label. It's good things were cleared up.
