Today I logged on to my account and saw that I have a negative balance. I checked my activity and it is showing 4 different refunds while there is nothing related to these refunds in my bank account. Also, my paypal was linked with my bank account and that account is no longer a payment option.
This is a user forum. We cannot see into your account to tell you what happened so more details is needed. Did you buy something and are due a refund? Or did these refunds and negative balance appear on your account suddenly?
