Why the **bleep** didn't I get a receipt and what is being done about theft by Facebook?

Two really simply questions:

1. I've almost always gotten a receipt when I have sent a payment. Not yesterday. Why not?

 

2. The only other time was when either Facebook or Paypal or the two in collusion debited my account for an unauthorized Pre-Approved payment to Facebook which I asked to be re-credited back to my account. No reply.

 

This isn't rocket science. I have been a Paypal customer for 16 years.

 

When did Paypal go to **bleep** in a handbasket? Customer service sucks.

1. No idea, check your spam folder.

 

2. Not sure how pre-approved payments can be unauthorised, that may be why you didn't hear anything.

 

Suggest you phone customer services .
