At one point while trying to buy something with paypal it said, your Visa card was declined, even though the last four digits were from another one that i already deleted and it clearly was not selected at the time. it says pay with visa ending in XXXX and thats what i want to pay with but it chooses to pay with another one even though that other one is declined and deleted already.
