Why can't I use my perpaid NetSpend card?

I have all my other business with this card. Even receive my SSI on it but paypal will not allow me to transfer my money to this card... Help! I need this money asap how can I get it?!?!

PayPal won't accept the prepaid Netspend card when PayPal have their own prepaid card with direct deposit.
