I have been selling on e bay almost 3 years , this year was very busy so I like to ship the next day get the product out . This has happened more than once and every time they say I got paid but it has not been in my account , so I would ship loose the money for the product and pay the shipping , well I thought somebody was robbing me , and on e bay it said it was paid so I shipped well I caught it now 5 times , it's over $400 . Now the last time it happened I was a little nasty to the lady she paid but it was a email address that I have not used in over 2 years . It was on her print out my wrong email . Now I got this lady raising hell with me saying I need to up grade my email . I have not changed my e mail in 2 years . HERE IS THE BIG ONE who has my money and why is a email address I don't use anymore popping up once and a while , I have contacted e bay pay pal what do I need to do ?
