So a couple weeks ago i purchased a phone online for $235. It did not work and so I returned it and got my refund.
I ended up buying another on ebay for $233.48. I decided to do the paypal credit method of paying so i signed up and got approved for $800 and did the transaction.
So now that I didn't use the original $235 in my account that was refunded since I used credit, I now want to tranfer those funds to my bank. The issue is my paypal says I have a balance of $0. Also if I go to "transfer to bank" it says there is nothing to transfer. So now im wondering if I was charged twice?
My credit line now says I have $566.52 remaining, so I know it went through the credit.
I'm just trying to get the money back I was refunded.
