When a payment is rejected what do i have to get refund or is it automatically?

Hello,

 

I did a payment  days ago and the seller told me to send the confirmation but when i checked on my mail there was no confirmation at all, then I said there nothing yet, so the seller said look in you spam folder so i did as the seller told me and there was a mail indicating that the payment was rejected. So will i get refund that money? Do I have to contact paypal about this case or is it automatically?

What is the email address of the sender?  Was it really from PayPal?

Where did you find the seller?

How did you pay?

What are the details of the transcation in you PayPal account?  You'll find that from the activity list.
