Recently I opened a Paypal line of credit. The credit line was immediately made available. Problem is, any time I try to make a Paypal purchase I am asked for a credit card and the option for Paypal Credit never appears. The whole point of obtaining the line of credit was to make purchases with it...why doesn't this work? I have not been able to pay with Paypal Credit at all!
