HEY SO I MADE A PURCHASE AT WALGREENS WITH PAYPALL CARD AND TRIED TO GET 20$ CASH BACK, THEIR SYSTEM STARTED FREEZING (THEY HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEM) SO THE LADY CANCLED THE TRANSACTION, I SWIPED AGAIN WITHOUT CASH BACK & IT TOOK A WHILE BUT FINALLY WORK. ONCE I LEFT I CHECKED THE ACCOUNT AND SAW A CHARGE FOR $29 & $9 THAT WERE BOTH COMPLETED(NOT PROCESSING). WENT BACK IN TO WALGREENS, TALKED TO THE MANAGER, HE WENT TO SEE WHAT HAPPEND. BASCICLY I WAS TOLD IT ONLY SHOWS $9 IN THEIR SYSTER SO I SHOULD CHECK WITH MY BANK. I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A RESPONSE, DONT EVEN SEE A PENDING RESOLUTION REQUEST EVEN THOUGH I SENT ABOUT 3! WHAT DO I DO?
