I have paypal accounts in US and in MX where I have a second residence. Associated with the MX paypal is a bank credit/debit card, set up only as a debit card.
When I am in the US on my US paypal account, I cannot access funds from my MX bank using the MX debit card as a payment vehicle, and mostly because, it seems, that I cannot enter my MX address on the funding source from my US account.
I have tried to simply link the MX account to paypal, and this has proven to be an insurmountable problem from the US, because as part of the "linking" process, Santander wants to send me a text code to make this occur, and the text will not send from their automated system to my US phone.
I guess the question is: "can I link my MX debit card to my US paypal account at all?"
