I recently gotten an email about saying how my account is limited due to me being below 18. Im turning 17 in a couple weeks so I thought it was fine to make an account. Paypal also recently canceled a payment because of my limitations, and sent the money back to my account to claim. However I cannot claim it because it would say “user restricted”. What do I do to solve this?
