For the past 2 days, this is the message I get from Ebay when I try to pay with my verified card. It asks me select another form of payment. I checked my card balance and there is plenty. The ebay site that sprouts a new paypal window doesn't even show my card at all. It asks me to add a card. When I log out from there and login to paypal directly, it shows my card. Anybody have a clue where my issue is? Any help is appreciated.. Thanks
I have a website and a LOT of customers have told me that they keep trying to order from my website and that their form of payment keeps getting declined by paypal even though they have made sure that all the info is correct. I don't understand why paypal is suddenly declining everyone's payments or the banks are declining payments through paypal for some reason...
