My acct is active, card is registred. Ive logged in using the paypal prepaid site, app, different browsers, etc. Sometimes it transfers the money and sometimes it doesnt. Ive signed the e disclosure too..Customer Service is no help! They just keep saying log on and log off, try different denominations, etc. Ive done it all and it still says "unable to make paypal instant transfer" .. This has been going on for almost 5 days now and I need my money to pay my bills!!
