Apparently, due to some regulations in Russia, Business accounts are not allowed to accept payments from other business accounts, and as I've tried to make payments for an order I've placed, I'm not getting the chance to be able to select my method of payment, ie straight from my bank, rather than my PayPal balance.
Is there any way I can actually make the payment, or will I have to ask my seller to cancel the order?
i have having the same issue, i talked to the director of paypal he told me i was unable to do buisness transactions with russia.
this is unreasonable, on the home page of the website it clearly stays make payments ANYWhERE. they should probably add russia is not included in anywhere.
