Trouble completing process for linking bank account

So I am trying to link my bank account to my PayPal. I have already received the 2 small deposits, but when I go to confirm the account I am led in circles and never actually land on a place to enter those small deposit amounts in order to complete the process. I've visited the help pages, I have reloaded and logged in and out....tried following the email link that prompts me to complete the verification process...none of it works. The help section mentioned going into "my money" under my settings, then clicking "update" next to "Bank Accounts." Sounds great. However, I do not have anything like that when I go to the "my money" section in my settings. I only have a notification under bank accounts that says "unverified" and there is no way to click anything or enter anything. What do I need to do? Do I have to remove the bank account entirely and start from scratch? I feel like I'm missing something simple.

We are having the same problem. 
When I try this way:
   Profile

   Business Setup
   Account Set up
   Linking your bank account
It directs me to a "Security Challenge" page that doesn't have anything on it and then sends me to a page that states "Something went wrong on our end.  We're sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request right now"  Please try again shortly.".

I'm having the same issues. Seems site is broken.

 

Paypal please fix...

I'm having the same issues. I thought I solved the problem by going to the dashboard, going to the 'money' section and clicking 'more', which took me to a page that has a 'bank' section on the bottom. From here I clicked 'click to confirm' on the little banner above my bank's name -- which took me to a page that had a link to confirm the account with the deposits...But when I clicked that link it looped me back to the dashboard. Ugh.
