I want to know that if i got to banks accounts on paypal and one have money and one dont, can i trasnfar money from one bank to the other bank or from one card to the other card?
To transfer funds from one bank account to another, best to use wire transfer. PayPal does not process transactions bank to bank nor does PayPal process payments between 2 different card.
PayPal will transfer funds from a bank to PayPal or PayPal to a bank account; that's all.
