Transfer Failure

Hello,

I am trying to put money from my Paypal account back into my bank account. It won't let me and says, "We could not complete your action for the moment." I have waited a few days and tried again. The money is in dollars and would transfer into an American bank account. I've done this transfer before successfully, but it won't allow me to do it again. Thanks!

I had this happen when I tried to transfer too much money at once. It looks like you get this error if you try to transfer more than $1000.
